Bill Status: Extended to two-year bill.

Freezes the official medical fee schedule for Work Comp at 5% below the December 31, 2003 rates through the year 2010.

AIMS supports this bill. Work Comp fees are currently set at 5% below the December 31, 2003 rates. This bill would prevent further decreases until 2011.
